Project Co-ordinator

We are looking for someone savvy with good experience to work as a Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager across multiple projects, alongside the Managing Director in this mentorship role.

This is a rare opportunity for someone wanting to advance to Project Management gaining valuable exposure to both client side pre-construction as well as hands on construction management working directly with our MD. 

This is a new role where you can shape your role into something that you enjoy and value daily, learning and expanding your opportunities and experience. 

The ideal candidate will show the following:

• Experience in project coordination from inception to completion
• Excellent customer service and organisation skills
• Efficient with Microsoft packages
• High administration skills and multitasker
• Positive and can-do attitude
• Qualifications and/ or licenses are advantageous but not essential
• Must be able to manage multiple projects and subcontractors

Your new role:

Open to young and mature candidates with sound experience and knowledge within the industry wanting to advance a career in client-side project management.

This is a client and contractor facing role working alongside the Managing Director. A successful candidate will be professional and well presented in all day to day dealings and able to develop and maintain strong relationships both within the team and externally.

You will progressively advance in responsibilities and opportunities maintaining a strong focus on project management, project coordination, and administration across several project locations. 

Ideally someone who has hands on experience in project coordination or junior project management, who can help drive the project from inception would be best suited for the position.

Experience in project coordination would be beneficial, however we understand that your experience, attitude, integrity and willingness to influence positive outcomes are of more value to us.
